Application field of double oil tank
Date: Jun 01, 2020
The double-layer oil tank is a pressure vessel that can be used for both storing oil and transporting oil. Whether it is used for storage or transportation, it is very convenient. The outer shell of the double-layer oil tank is double-layered, which is stronger and more durable than ordinary oil tanks. According to different standards, the double-layer oil tanks can be divided into different types, and the double-layer oil tanks used in different fields are different.
The safety level of the oil tank is determined from the three aspects of the structure of the oil tank, fire protection facilities, and operation of the oil tank to ensure the safe operation of the double-layer oil tank. Pressure vessel manufacturers believe that when selecting the type of oil tank in the oil depot planning, various factors such as the type of oil depot, the nature of the oil product, the frequency of turnover, the storage capacity, construction investment and the supply of construction materials should be considered. Considering the orientation of the double-layer oil tank device, the above-mentioned oil tanks should be selected for civil transit oil depots, distribution oil depots, and general enterprise-owned oil depots. For oil depots that require shading or have certain protective capabilities, such as national storage depots and certain military oil depots, cave oil tanks or underground oil tanks or semi-underground oil tanks should be used.
Considering the construction materials of oil tanks, steel oil tanks should be selected. Considering the structure of the oil tank, the fixed-top oil tank should be selected for the soil-coated oil tank and the hole-type oil tank for storing Group A oil products and the oil tank for storing other oil products. Above-ground oil tanks for storing Class A and Class B A oil products should use floating roof oil tanks or internal floating roof oil tanks. Above-ground oil tanks with a capacity of less than or equal to 100m3 can be selected as horizontal oil tanks.
