How to extend the service life of double-layer oil tanks

1. Daily maintenance of horizontal double-layer oil tanks on the ground
(1) The maintenance of double-layer oil tanks should be carried out in accordance with the oil tank maintenance regulations. The maintenance of the oil tank is divided into: annual maintenance and monthly maintenance.
(2) Double-layer oil tank accessories need to be kept intact, regularly inspected, maintained, and recorded.
(3) The pressure vessel should be cleaned frequently, and the oil tank top should be free of water, oil and debris.
(4) The manhole should be inspected once a month, and the oil measuring hole should be inspected before each use, and cover it after use.
(5) Double oil tank breathing valve is checked once a month, and once a week in winter.
(6) The lightning protection and anti-static device shall be inspected once a year in spring and autumn, and the grounding resistance of the pressure vessel shall not be greater than 4Ω. 
2. Daily maintenance of buried double-layer oil tank
(1) The maintenance of double-layer oil tanks should be carried out according to the maintenance regulations for buried horizontal double-layer oil tanks. The maintenance of buried horizontal oil storage tanks is divided into annual maintenance, quarterly maintenance and monthly maintenance.
(2) Double-layer tank attachments need to be kept intact, regularly inspected, maintained, and recorded.
(3) The tank body should be clean, and the tank top should be free of water, oil, and debris. The insulation layer of the buried horizontal double-layer oil tank is kept intact, and the protective layer is not damaged.
(4) Check once a month. The oil measuring hole should be checked before each use, and cover it after use.
(5) Check the breathing valve, hydraulic safety valve and flame arrester once a month, and once a week in winter. The breathing valve is flexible and easy to use. The oil level of the hydraulic valve meets the requirements and the oil quality is qualified.
(6) The lightning protection and anti-static device shall be inspected every spring and autumn, and the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 10Ω.
(7) The crude oil heating system or hot oil spraying system and mechanical agitator in the pressure vessel should be kept intact.
(8) When the double-layer oil tank is cleared, the anti-corrosion condition in the tank should be checked and maintained.
