1. Check whether the pressure in the storage tank is normal (normal range: 0.45Mpa～0.65Mpa). When the tank pressure is too high, open the vent valve to reduce the pressure. When the pressure of the storage tank is too low, open the booster valve for boosting.
2. Open the gas supply valve behind the vaporizer, and the gas station starts to work.
3. The personnel on duty must conduct frequent inspections of the medical liquid oxygen storage tank and record at least twice a day.
4. The personnel on duty must be on-site to supervise the liquid filling, make statistics on the quantity of liquid filling, and record it.
5. The personnel on duty should pay close attention to the liquid level indicator of the storage tank when patrolling. When the indication value of the liquid level indicator of the storage tank is lower than 400mm, they should switch to the storage tank for oxygen supply in time. When the indication value of the liquid level indicator of the storage tank is lower than 2500mm, it should be reported to the team leader in time, and the team leader should contact the liquid oxygen supplier to supply liquid oxygen in time after confirmation.
6. When the carburetor is severely frosted, do a good job of defrosting in time.
7. It is strictly forbidden to contact medical liquid oxygen storage tanks with substances containing acids, alkalis, and oils.
8. When the medical liquid oxygen storage tank is found to be working abnormally, it should be reported to the team leader in time and contact the maintenance personnel for repair.
9. The storage and use location of medical liquid oxygen storage tanks is a key fire and explosion-proof location, and a striking fire prohibition sign must be set up. Non-workers are prohibited from entering.
