1. Inspection before use
Before filling cryogenic liquid nitrogen tank with liquid nitrogen, first check whether the shell is recessed and whether the vacuum exhaust port is intact. If it is damaged, the degree of vacuum will be reduced. In severe cases, the air intake cannot be kept warm, so the upper part of the tank will frost, and the loss of liquid nitrogen will be large. Secondly, check the inside of the tank. If there is any foreign matter, you must remove it to prevent the inner tank from being corroded.

2. The filling of liquid nitrogen
Use caution when filling with liquid nitrogen. For new cans or cans in a dry state, they must be filled slowly and pre-cooled to prevent the temperature from falling too quickly and damaging the inner liner, reducing the useful life. When filling liquid nitrogen, do not pour liquid nitrogen on the vacuum exhaust port, otherwise the vacuum will be reduced. The cover plug is made of heat-insulating material, which can prevent liquid nitrogen from evaporating and can also play a role in fixing the lifting cylinder. Therefore, wear and tear should be minimized when switching to extend the service life.

3.Storage of liquid nitrogen in liquid nitrogen tanks
When storing liquid medium in a liquid nitrogen tank, be sure to close the inlet / outlet valve and the booster valve, and open the vent valve. 4. Transport of liquid nitrogen in liquid nitrogen tanks
When transporting liquid nitrogen medium in a cryogenic liquid nitrogen storage tank, it is necessary to ensure that the opening and closing status of each valve should be the same as that during storage. Please place the base of the packaging box under the circle of the container seat and secure the liquid nitrogen tank container to the car with a rope So that the storage tank does not shake during transportation.

5. Liquid nitrogen infusion in liquid nitrogen tank
If you want to output liquid nitrogen from the liquid nitrogen tank, please follow the procedure below:
Close the vent valve; open the booster valve; observe the pressure gauge; when the pressure rises to 0.05MPa (0.5kg / cm2), open the drain valve to continuously infuse.

6.Inspection during use
Always check during use. You can observe with your eyes or touch the shell with your hands. If you find frost on the outside, you should stop using it. Especially when the frost on the inner wall of the neck tube is frozen, it is not suitable to scrape it with a knife to prevent the inner wall of the neck tube from being damaged and the vacuum degree. Remove the liquid nitrogen and let it melt naturally.
