Precautions for flushing liquid oxygen storage tank system

1. Open fire is strictly prohibited within 4m around the storage, gasification, filling and use of liquid oxygen, all fire sources are eliminated, and there should be obvious fire prohibition signs;
2 The filling factor of the liquid storage tank shall not exceed 94%;
3 The safety accessories of the liquid storage tank must be complete, sensitive and reliable, and it is forbidden to dismantle, move or deactivate without permission;
4 The site must be kept clean near the liquid oxygen storage tank;
5 The liquid system shall have access channels for liquid oxygen storage tanks or fire trucks, and have sufficient width to facilitate the passage of liquid oxygen storage tanks or fire trucks;
6 The liquid oxygen storage tank must be equipped with safety valves, liquid level gauges, pressure gauges and static electricity conducting safety devices;
7 When the liquid oxygen storage tank is transporting liquid, it is necessary to monitor the reading of the pressure gauge frequently, and it is strictly forbidden to exceed the specified pressure value. When the reading of the pressure gauge rises abnormally, the liquid oxygen storage tank should be opened to a sparse and open place, the open valve should be opened, and the exhaust pressure should be released. When discharging oxygen, open fire is strictly prohibited in the area affected by the discharge;
8 When filling or disposing of liquid oxygen, operators shall not wear work clothes and personal protective equipment contaminated with grease, and all clothes and protective equipment contaminated with grease must be replaced; chemical fiber clothing with electrostatic effect shall not be worn; Spikes are not allowed. If the clothing of the operator has penetrated with oxygen, it is not allowed to enter the place with open flame.
9 The operator must be present when filling. The filling operation should be carried out according to the operating procedures to prevent the low temperature liquid from overflowing.
10 Before the liquid oxygen storage tank is connected to the filling and infusion pipe, it must be in a braking state to prevent movement; anti-skid blocks should be installed at the slope;
11 The liquid oxygen storage tank should be left in time after filling. If the filling work is interrupted for too long (overnight or holiday interruption), the connection of the infusion pipe should be released;
12 When filling and unloading the liquid oxygen storage tank, the automobile engine must be turned off;
13 The liquid oxygen in the liquid oxygen container and liquid oxygen storage tank should be regularly analyzed for the content of harmful impurities such as acetylene, hydrocarbons and grease. deal with; 
14 When filling or disposing of cryogenic liquids, operators should wear clean and easy-to-remove leather, canvas or cotton gloves. Wear goggles or face shield if there is a possibility of liquid eruption or splashing. When dealing with a lot of low-temperature liquids or serious leakage of low-temperature liquids, you should wear spikeless leather boots, and the trousers should be covered outside the leather boots;
▲ When the operator's skin is frostbitten due to touching low temperature liquid or low temperature gas, the injured part should be soaked or washed in warm water in time, and do not rush to dry heating.
▲ Oxygen and liquid oxygen storage tanks, oxygen pipelines and valves, surfaces and tools in contact with oxygen, and protective equipment for personnel repairing oxygen equipment, etc., must be prohibited from being polluted by grease. Oxygen pressure gauges must be marked with no oil;
▲ When oxygen is released, fireworks are prohibited near the release port;
▲It is forbidden to use containers that have not been degreased to hold liquid oxygen.
▲ It is necessary for operators to be trained, and they can only take up their posts after passing the inspection.
▲ Strictly prohibit illegal operation. 

The key to the flushing process

▲ The operation should strictly control the liquid level and the pressure should not exceed the specified value, and at the same time, it should be compared with the on-site liquid level to prevent overfilling;
▲A special person must be set up to monitor the filling process to prevent leakage;
 ▲ Before the liquid oxygen storage tank is connected to the filling and infusion pipe, it must be in a braking state to prevent movement; anti-skid blocks should be installed on the slope;
▲ After filling the liquid oxygen storage tank, you should leave in time. If the filling work is interrupted for too long (overnight or holiday interruption), you should release the connection of the infusion pipe;
▲When the liquid oxygen storage tank is being filled and unloaded, the car engine must be turned off.
