Precautions for liquid nitrogen storage tank

5. Finally, we must regularly check the insulation measures of liquid oxygen storage tank, so as to better prevent the overpressure explosion of liquid oxygen storage tank caused by the loss of insulation function.
Introduce the tank knowledge of liquid oxygen storage tank:
1. The filling rate of the storage tank shall not be more than 95%, and excessive filling is strictly prohibited;
2. When there is liquid in the storage tank, it is forbidden to conduct hot work for repair, which can only be repaired after heating to normal temperature;
3. The installation site of the storage tank shall be well ventilated. Generally, it shall be installed outdoors, surrounded by fences, and there shall be no open fire, combustible and explosive materials or low-lying places within 5m;
4. The storage tank must be equipped with grounding device and lightning protection device for conducting static electricity. The anti-static grounding resistance shall not be greater than 10 Ω; the maximum impact resistance of the anti lightning device shall be 30 Ω, and it shall be tested at least once a year;
5. When the tank has drained liquid and cannot be heated immediately, all valves must be closed immediately. Because the temperature in the tank is very low, the wet air will invade through the connected pipes, resulting in the accident of ice blocking the pipes.
