Precautions for LPG skid station

1. The skid plant must be arranged in a safe location. The fire separation distance between it and the roads, buildings, transmission lines, etc. outside the station shall meet the specifications.
2. The fire-fighting equipment provided in the LPG filling skid station shall meet the requirements of the user's local management department, and the specific device shall be purchased by the user.
3. During installation and construction, damage to the anti-corrosion coating of the equipment should be avoided.
4. Electrical wiring and anti-static wiring should be fastened.
5. After the construction is completed, the storage tank and pipeline system in the LPG skid station shall be tested for air tightness with compressed air or nitrogen, and the pressure shall be the design pressure of the storage tank and the pipeline system respectively.
6. Before the LPG skid station is filled with LPG, the system should be replaced by nitrogen gas or vacuum extraction, and the air in the system should be exhausted.
7. The installation and verification of the electrical circuit should be carried out before power transmission, and the wrong connection is strictly prohibited.
8. The operator should be trained on the equipment condition and operation before taking up the job. The operator must master the structure, principle and operation process of the whole set of equipment of the skid-mounted station, and must master the structure, principle and operation essentials of the gas dispenser, pump, valve, etc.
9. The operator's clothing must meet the requirements of no static sparks.
10. Each part of the skid-mounted station should have a roof for sunshade.
11. The spray system should be connected to a reliable water source so that the tank can be sprayed and cooled in time.
