Precautions for use area of LPG skid gas station

1. No fireworks are allowed in the LPG skid gas station device area; no inflammables are allowed to be stacked in the LPG skid gas station refueling device area;
2. It is strictly prohibited to use plastic buckets, wooden buckets and other non filled fuel containers to contain gasoline;
3. It is strictly prohibited for staff to wear shoes with nails and clothes prone to static electricity,
4. It is not allowed to carry out hot work construction in LPG skid gas station device area. When necessary, it is required to handle hot work procedures and open fire management regulations;
5. The electrical equipment and lines in the station shall be inspected regularly and shall be in good condition;
6. Miscellaneous personnel are not allowed to pass through the LPG filling station at will;
7. The safety signs must be set conspicuously, and a special person shall be responsible for the safety patrol inspection. The fire equipment shall not be moved at will, and the fire extinguishing agent must be regularly inspected, replaced or supplemented;
8. All kinds of motor vehicles shall be refuelled in order, and no rush refueling is allowed; all kinds of refuelling vehicles can be refuelled only after flameout, and the engine shall not be started when refuelling;
9. It is strictly prohibited for the fuel gun to collide with the vehicle exhaust port;
10. All kinds of refueling vehicles must drive into and out of the refueling area slowly. Before unloading, the gasoline tanker must be connected with the electrostatic grounding alarm;
11. During the unloading process, the unloading personnel must be at the unloading site;
12. It is strictly prohibited to scrub clothes and appliances with gasoline; it is strictly prohibited to use chemical fiber mops and rags; it is strictly prohibited to move fire-fighting equipment at will;
13. It is strictly prohibited to refuel and unload oil in case of strong lightning. It is strictly prohibited that employees do not wear safety helmets when they get on the tank car or LPG skid filling station device tank top.
