Four aspects to judge the quality of liquid nitrogen storage tanks

Liquid nitrogen tanks are generally divided into two types: liquid nitrogen storage tanks and liquid nitrogen transport tanks. The storage tank is mainly used for indoor static storage of liquid nitrogen. The liquid nitrogen tank should not be used for long-distance transportation under working conditions. In order to meet the transportation conditions, the liquid nitrogen transport tank has been specially designed for shock resistance. In addition to being able to stand for storage of other items, it can also be used for transportation in a state filled with liquid nitrogen, but it should also avoid severe collisions and vibrations.

1. During the use of liquid nitrogen tanks, the use of the tanks should be checked at any time every day. Under the premise of liquid nitrogen in the tanks, water drops or frost on the bottle caps and upper parts are found, indicating that there is a problem with the quality of the tanks. Should be stopped immediately;

 

2. When there are no drops of water or frost on the lid of the jar and the upper part, touch the outer shell with your hand, and feel the upper part is cold and the lower part is hot, indicating that there is a quality problem, that is, the daily increase of liquid nitrogen is large. You should pay attention to observation and if necessary , Stop using; if the upper and lower temperatures are consistent, there is no problem with the quality of the cryogenic liquid nitrogen tank.

3. After opening the stopper, the mist in the mouth of the bottle does not overflow, but sinks, indicating that the quality of the liquid nitrogen tank is okay.

4. Use your ear to listen to the sound of bubbles in the jar from the mouth of the bottle. If the sound is more frequent, there is a problem with the quality of the liquid nitrogen storage tank, otherwise there is no problem.
