 1. Protect equipment and extend service life:

2. Keep the inside of the double-layer oil tank clean and reduce oil pollution:
Metals and rust can induce oxidative deterioration of oil products. The anti-rust coating on the inner wall of the double-layer oil tank can better avoid the catalytic effect of metal on oil oxidation. There are a large amount of impurities such as minerals, slime, paraffin, and bacteria in crude oil. These tiny rusts and impurities accumulate on the bottom and inner walls of the storage double-layer oil tank and cannot be cleaned up, which will cause blockage, corrosion and leakage of the storage tank. The slag at the bottom of the gasoline storage tank is mainly rust. When the oil is unloaded, the sediment at the bottom of the tank will appear, and the powdery rust will dissolve into the oil. Adding such oil will be very harmful to the vehicle. Regularly cleaning the storage tank and coating the inner wall with an anti-corrosion coating is an effective measure to solve the oxidative corrosion of metals and slow down the process of oil deterioration.

3. Reduce accidents and improve refrigeration effect:
It can sterilize and algae, remove sludge, keep pipelines clear and clear oil quality. While preventing scale, it can improve the heat exchange efficiency of condensers and evaporators, thereby avoiding high-pressure operation and over-pressure shutdown, and improving oil quality. The system runs safely and efficiently.
4. The phenomenon of colloid and corrosion caused by water pollution to oil products is serious:
Most of the water in the oil is mixed during transportation, loading and unloading, and storage. The long-term storage of the oil will also precipitate the dissolved water in the oil. Over the long-term accumulation, an acidic water layer will appear at the bottom of the storage tank. The moisture in the oil can corrode the parts; the presence of moisture will cause some additives such as detergents, dispersants, antioxidants, anti-knock agents to decompose and precipitate, making them ineffective; when there is moisture, the oxidation speed of the oil will accelerate Its colloidal natural volume has also increased. In addition, the acidic water layer deposited at the bottom of the tank will accelerate the corrosion of the storage tank, causing thinning and leakage of the tank wall.

5. Prevent contamination or deterioration of mixed oil or container:
Oils of different properties cannot be mixed, otherwise the quality of the oil will be degraded and the oil will deteriorate in severe cases. In particular, all kinds of medium-to-high-grade lubricants contain a variety of additives with special effects. When oils mixed with additives of different systems are mixed, it will affect its performance and even cause additives to deteriorate. Light oil mixed in lubricating oil will reduce the flash point and viscosity; food machinery oils mixed with other lubricating greases will cause food pollution; solvent oil mixed with motor gasoline will increase toxicity.
