It is necessary to understand the structural characteristics of the equipment and its pipe valve system in detail, familiarize with the dangerous characteristics of cryogenic liquids, strictly control the surrounding environmental conditions, and follow the safe operation procedures of cryogenic storage tanks. Operators must pass the training and assessment of the prefecture-level and above-level quality and technical supervision departments, and hold pressure vessel operation qualification certificates before they can start work. Before the operation, the operator shall take good labor safety protection measures according to regulations.

2. Rules for the use of cryogenic storage tanks:
For the use of cryogenic gas cylinders and cryogenic storage tanks, the “Safety Rules for the Use of cryogenic liquid storage and transportation equipment” should be strictly implemented to strengthen daily safety management. When storing cryogenic liquids, the filling rate shall not be greater than 0.95, and excessive filling is strictly prohibited. Before the low-temperature liquid storage tank is put into use, it should be ensured that the container is well sealed, various accessories (including valves, instruments, safety devices) are complete, effective, sensitive and reliable, the pipeline material is properly selected, the system is dry and free of oil pollution. 3. Roving inspection of low temperature storage tank:
In the normal use of cryogenic storage tanks, a special person should be responsible for itinerant inspection. Check that the pressure of the inner container must not exceed the maximum working pressure of the storage tank. If the pressure is overpressure, pressure relief measures should be taken. 4. Periodic inspection of cryogenic tanks:
Check the vacuum level in the jacket of the low-temperature storage tank regularly. If the vacuum level deteriorates, supplementary vacuuming measures should be taken.

5. Cryogenic storage tanks should be regularly inspected:
Cryogenic storage tanks are special equipment subject to national mandatory safety supervision and are listed in the third category of pressure vessels. Periodic inspections should be carried out in accordance with relevant national technical regulations. The safety accessories of cryogenic storage tanks should also be checked regularly, and general pressure gauges, level gauges, safety valves, rupture disc devices, etc. should be calibrated or replaced at least once a year. If you find that the low-temperature liquid storage tank equipment and accessories have various failures, you should always find out the reasons, make a correct analysis and judgment, and take reasonable solutions to ensure their continued normal operation and safe use.
