Production conditions of SF double layer oil tank

The SF double-layer oil tank is famous for its safe use and no leakage. It is widely used. However, in order to produce SF double-layer oil tank, some conditions need to be met. The following is an introduction to the pressure vessel manufacturer.   

1. For the double-layer oil tank produced by the pressure vessel factory, the manhole shall be on the top or longitudinal center line of the oil tank, and the height of the neck plate shall not be less than 150 mm, and the thickness shall not be less than 10 mm.   

2. During the production of SF double-layer oil tank, at least two steel lifting lugs shall be set, and the total lifting capacity of the lifting lugs shall not be less than twice the weight of the oil tank.    3. If the SF double-layer oil tank is to be equipped with vent pipe, the vent pipe shall also be equipped with flame arrester. The metal materials exposed inside the inner tank and outside the outer tank of the pressure vessel shall be equipped with anti-corrosion coating.   

4. The SF double-layer oil tank produced shall also meet the requirements of direct burial, the burial depth shall not be less than 0.9m, and it shall also be able to bear the load generated by six axle vehicle.
