The supporting structure between the inner liner and the outer shell of the vacuum cryogenic storage tank adopts the upper stainless steel pull belt and the lower stainless steel tube support. In the normal position of the equipment, the gravity load of the liner and its storage medium is transmitted to the casing through 3 stainless steel pipes, and then to the casing legs and the foundation of the equipment, to avoid additional eccentric moment load, the structure also protects the equipment The need for free contraction of the liner under low temperature working conditions.
 
In addition to the structural support of cryogenic storage tanks, there are also requirements for the installation of cryogenic storage tanks. The stability of the platform is the basis for the good use of cryogenic storage tanks. The steel structure of the cryogenic storage tank roof shall be carried out after the temporary support frame of the tank roof is erected. The center ring of the steel structure on the tank top should be prefabricated and inspected on the ground. After confirmation, it is installed on the center column, and the installation position of each steel structure skeleton is marked on the center ring. In order to enhance the stability of the gantry, two cranes should be used for the symmetrical installation of the steel structure. The positioning line should be drawn on the concrete wall to control the installation position of the tank roof steel structure.
 
No positioning plate is needed when installing the connecting ring beam of each group of steel structure sub-bone, and the gap is zero can be directly installed on the main bone and the sub-bone. Welding of steel structure should adopt the method of group welding. The sub-bone is installed between each group of welded steel structures. At this time, the positioning ring is used to install the connecting ring beam between the steel structures, the gap is 1-2mm, and the welding of the steel structure still adopts the method of group welding.
