The stability of the stand is the basis for the use of the cryogenic storage tank. The steel structure of the cryogenic storage tank roof shall be carried out after the erection of the temporary support frame on the tank roof. The steel structure center ring of the tank roof shall be prefabricated and inspected on the ground. After confirming that it is qualified, it shall be installed on the center column and the installation position of each steel structure skeleton shall be marked on the center ring. In order to enhance the stability of the platform, two cranes should be used for the symmetrical installation of the steel structure grouping. A positioning line should be drawn on the wall to control the installation position of the steel structure on the tank roof.
There is no need for a positioning plate when installing the connecting ring beams of each group of steel structure child bones, and the gap can be directly installed on the main bones and child bones. Welding of steel structures shall be carried out by means of separate group welding. Install the sub-bone between the welded steel structures. At this time, a positioning plate with a gap of 1-2 mm is used to install the ring beams between the steel structures.
