Preservation and cleaning of liquid nitrogen cryogenic tank

1、 Placement of liquid nitrogen tank
Liquid nitrogen cryogenic storage tank shall be stored in a well ventilated and cool place, and shall not be directly exposed to the sun. Due to its precise manufacturing and its inherent characteristics, no matter in use or storage, liquid nitrogen storage tanks shall not be tilted, laid horizontally, inverted, stacked, collided with each other or collided with other objects. They shall be handled with care and kept upright all the time.

2、 Cleaning of liquid nitrogen tank
When the liquid nitrogen cryogenic storage tank is not in use, it shall be rinsed with clean water, drained, dried with a blower, and placed for use at room temperature. After the liquid nitrogen in the liquid nitrogen storage tank evaporates, the remaining missing substances (such as frozen sperm) melt quickly and become liquid substances and attach to the tank, which will cause corrosion to the aluminum alloy tank. If a cavity is formed, the liquid nitrogen tank will be scrapped, so it is necessary to brush the tank after the liquid nitrogen in the liquid nitrogen tank is exhausted. The specific scrubbing methods are as follows: first, take out the lifting cylinder in the liquid nitrogen tank, remove the liquid nitrogen, and place it for 2-3 days. When the temperature in the tank rises to about 0 ℃, pour the warm water of about 30 ℃ and scrub it with a cloth. If it is found that some melted substances are stuck on the bottom of the inner tank of the pressure vessel, they must be washed carefully. Then wash it with clean water for several times, then invert the pressure vessel and place it in a place that is not safe to overturn indoors. Air dry it naturally, or air dry it with a blower as mentioned above. Note that in the whole brushing process, the action should be slow, the temperature of pouring water should not exceed 40 ℃, and the total weight should not exceed 2kg.
 
3. Safe transportation of liquid nitrogen tank
The liquid nitrogen cryogenic storage tank must be padded and fixed in the wooden frame during transportation. The storage tank and the storage tank shall be separated by filler to prevent bumping and collision and strictly prevent dumping. During loading and unloading, it is necessary to prevent the liquid nitrogen storage tank from collision, not to drag on the ground at will, so as to avoid reducing the service life of the liquid nitrogen storage tank.
