The outer cylinder material of cryogenic storage tanks (LO2, LCO2, LN2, LAr storage tank,LNG storage tanks) and LPG storage tanks are made of Q345R steel plate, and the corresponding American standard number is SA516Gr.70.
SA516Gr.70 is a carbon steel plate for medium and low temperature pressure vessels, which complies with the ASME standard. In order to meet the different requirements of users and facilitate production management, the S and P requirements for steel grades are divided into three levels: I, II, and III.
A516Gr70N meets the requirements of (ASME) ASTMA516 / A516M standard, and fully meets the needs of oil and gas with high sulfur and hydrogen content. The steel plate has low P and S content, high purity, reduces sulfur and hydrogen corrosion, and reduces equipment maintenance 2. Increase the service life of the equipment. 
The steel plate has the following characteristics: good impact resistance, low temperature deformation, good welding performance, good fatigue resistance, good anti-layered spalling performance, micro alloying, high purity, low carbon equivalent, strong resistance to sulfur and hydrogen, It also has excellent resistance to sulfide stress corrosion (SSCC), the hardness of the steel plate can be controlled, the product has good processability, is easy to roll, has strong moldability, and has good dimensional tolerances and surface quality.
The cryogenic storage tank and LPG storage tank produced by Jianshen tank using Q345r steel plate not only have excellent corrosion resistance, but also are not easy to deform, have strong impact resistance, and have a service life of 20-30 years. Jianshen tank is available in vertical or horizontal tanks with different capacity sizes.
