Thermal spraying process and dimensional instability of Lpg skid station

The thermal spray process of lpg filling station is to heat the sprayed material until softened, semi-melted and melted. And spraying it on the surface of the workpiece at a high speed to form a layer of coating. After continuous spraying, a deposited spray layer is formed on the surface of the lpg filling station. When we spray the lpg skid station surface, we should pay attention to the parts where the anti-corrosion has occurred. If the coating is not completely dry, it is impossible to perform sandblasting within five meters or so. After it is completely dry, if it needs to be sandblasted around, you should use a color strip cloth to isolate the  lpg skid station.

If it is necessary to thermally spray both sides of the lpg skid station, we can use a crane to carry the lpg skid filling station, but remember that these jobs cannot be bundled with any unprotected wire rope.
The lpg skid filling station is often used in the molding process, which may cause the LPG skid station size to be unstable due to some reason. Only by finding these reasons can we take targeted measures to solve them.

When the lpg skid filling station molding conditions are inconsistent or improperly handled, the process parameters such as temperature, pressure and time must be strictly controlled according to the process requirements. In particular, the molding cycle of each lpg skid filling station must be consistent , can not be changed at will. If the injection pressure is too low, the holding time is too short, the mold temperature is too low or uneven, the temperature at the barrel and nozzle is too high, and the lpg skid filling station cooling is insufficient, which will result in unstable lpg skid filling station size.

The structural design and manufacturing precision of the lpg filling station mold directly affects the dimensional accuracy of the lpg filling station. If the wall thickness of the mold is insufficient or the molding pressure in the cavity is too high during the molding process, the mold will be deformed. Will cause lpg filling station molding size instability.
