Main accessories of vertical type Dewar

The functions of the vertical Dewar are achieved through the following parts, and you should read them carefully before operation to familiarize yourself with the role and use of each part of the gas cylinder.

Built-in carburetor: This carburetor is a built-in evaporator coil, installed inside the interlayer of the gas cylinder. Open the gas use valve, and the low-temperature liquid exchanges heat with the outside through the vaporization coil close to the shell to achieve liquid-gas conversion to achieve the purpose of liquid vaporization. Under normal temperature and pressure, when the required gas flow rate is below 350cfh (9.2m3/h), the built-in carburetor can meet the customer's continuous gas demand. If the gas flow rate is greater, several gas cylinders need to be connected in parallel to a header On the way, a single gas cylinder is connected to an external carburetor to solve it, so as to avoid damage to the carburetor and other components.

Supercharger: The supercharger is used to ensure that there is enough driving pressure in the pressure vessel during high discharge to quickly extrude low-temperature liquid or gas to meet customer gas demand. Open the booster valve, the low-temperature liquid at the bottom of the gas cylinder exchanges heat with the outside through the booster coil close to the shell, the low-temperature liquid is converted into saturated steam, and the combined pressure-regulating valve returns to the gas-phase space on the top of the gas cylinder to increase the inside of the gas cylinder pressure.
  Note: When filling natural gas, double safety valves are used to eliminate the inner rupture disc.
  Cautious: Adjusting the top bolt of the combined pressure regulating valve can not achieve the effect of accelerating the boosting speed. Adjusting the top bolt of the combined pressure regulating valve at will can damage the combined pressure regulating valve.

Combined pressure regulating valve: This valve has dual functions of pressure regulation and throttle. When pressurized, the low-temperature liquid in the pressure vessel is converted into saturated steam through the pressurized coil, and then returns to the gas phase space at the top of the gas bottle through this valve, thereby providing continuous and stable pressure to the bottle. When using gas, the gas in the gas phase space at the top of the Dewar is discharged preferentially through this valve to avoid gas loss caused by the safety valve opening due to the gas pressure being too high. The solar terms are automatic without manual operation.
Gas use valve: This valve is connected to the built-in carburetor, through which the vaporized gas can be obtained. It requires a CGA connector that matches the gas supplied by the container.
  
Inlet and outlet valve: This valve is used to control the filling and discharging of cryogenic liquid. Users can connect the CGA pipe joint in front of the valve through a special hose to fill and discharge the gas cylinder.
  
Booster valve: This valve controls the built-in booster circuit. Open this valve to pressurize the bottle.
  
Drain valve: This valve is connected to the gas space of the Dewar bottle. Opening this valve can release the gas in the bottle and reduce the pressure.
  
Pressure gauge: Shows the pressure of the inner tank of the gas cylinder, the unit is pounds per square inch (psi) or megapascal (MPa).
  
Liquid level gauge: The gas cylinder liquid level gauge is a floating rod spring type liquid level gauge, which utilizes the buoyancy of cryogenic liquid to approximately indicate the volume of cryogenic liquid in the cylinder. But accurate measurement must be weighed.

Safety device: The inner liner of the pressure vessel is designed with a first-level safety valve and a second-level rupture disc, which protects the gas cylinder during overpressure. (In the case of overpressure) The safety valve opens, its role is to dissipate the pressure rise caused by the normal heat leakage loss of the insulation layer and the support, or the pressure rise caused by the accelerated heat leakage under the fire condition after the interlayer vacuum is destroyed. When the safety valve fails, the bursting disc will open the pressure relief to ensure the safety of the Dewar.
