Preparation before pressure test of vertical oil tank:
1. The pipeline installation engineering within the experimental scope of the vertical oil tank has been completed according to the planning drawings except for painting and heat insulation, and the quality of the installation meets the requirements.
2. The pressure performance used for pressure test has been verified, and within the weekly inspection period, the accuracy is not less than 1.5, the range of the meter should be 1.5-2 times the experimental pressure, and the vertical oil tank pressure gauge is not less than two .
3. The instrument components have been removed or isolated, and the high point vent or low point discharge valve of the experiment has been installed.
4. The construction of the process pipeline is completed according to the planning and standard requirements. After passing the non-destructive test, the oil tank shall be graded and pressure tested according to the different operating pressure levels of the system. The pressure should be increased slowly during the pressure test. After the pressure is increased to the experimental pressure, the pressure should be stabilized for 10 minutes, then the pressure should be reduced to the planned pressure, the pressure should be stopped and the system should be inspected. The pressure vessel is qualified with no pressure drop and no leakage.
5. After the pressure test is over, the water in the vertical oil tank should be drained and dried with purified air. When discharging water, the high point should be opened and vented to prevent the formation of negative pressure, the drainage should be introduced into the sewer, and the blind plate for pressure test should be removed in time.
Pressure test method for vertical oil tank:
1. The full water test should be done before the vertical oil tank installation; the closed box and oil storage tank should be used for the water pressure test at 1.5 times the working pressure, but not less than 0.4MPa. Inspection method: After the water test is filled with water, it shall be allowed to stand for 24 hours without leakage. In the water pressure test, there shall be no pressure drop, no leakage or leakage within ten minutes under the test pressure.
2. Some construction units do not perform full water test before installation, and water seepage or leakage occurs after the pressure vessel is put into use. In order to prevent this phenomenon, it is stipulated that the vertical oil tank full water test should be left for 24 hours to ensure the reliability of the full water test.
3. The vertical oil tank should be tested for airtightness before being buried, and the test pressure drop should not be less than 0.03MPa. Inspection method: Under the experiment, the pressure vessel will not seep, leak, and drop for 30 minutes.
