100m3 cryogenic liquid storage oxygen tank
Vaporize the liquid with a vaporizer into a gas. The gas pipeline pressure regulator is adjusted to the working pressure. It is then sent through the pipeline to the terminal station.
process flow
Process 1: Cryogenic liquid (liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid carbon dioxide, liquefied natural gas, propane, etc.) is discharged from the cryogenic liquid storage tank by the pressure of the cryogenic liquid storage tank itself. It flows through a cryogenic fluid pump and is pressurized. Then it enters the evaporator and turns into gaseous vapor. It was then added to the steel tank via busbars.
Process 2: Vaporize the liquid with a vaporizer into a gas. The gas pipeline pressure regulator is adjusted to the working pressure. It is then sent through the pipeline to the terminal station.
