LPG skid loading station is an integrated equipment for ground filling, and its main structure consists of: storage tanks, metal bases, pipes, valves, pumps, filling tables, filling equipment, and other auxiliary ground filling storage equipment composed of safety facilities. Among them, the LPG skid-mounted pump is used for loading and unloading between storage tanks and tank trucks, and transports liquefied gas during backfilling and filling; the valve is the safety guarantee for unloading, filling and residual liquid recovery, and the start-up of the complex system and closing; filling equipment includes: filling electronic scales, filling guns, etc., which are the main equipment and tools in the filling process of LPG skid loading stations; the surface of the filling platform must be treated with anti-spark and anti-static treatment.
