The electric-thermal LPG gasifier is composed of a cylinder with insulation, a snake tube, an electric heater, a gas-liquid connecting tube, a safety valve and an instrument control element, as shown in Figure 1. The snake tube is made of chrome-nickel alloy steel. Liquid liquefied petroleum gas enters the LPG gasifier along the liquid phase inlet, flows along its inner serpentine pipe from top to bottom, absorbs the heat transferred by hot water outside the pipe and vaporizes. Gaseous liquefied petroleum gas rises from the middle collecting pipe and is supplied after pressure regulation by the gas phase pipe. Liquefied petroleum gas residue is discharged through the sewage pipe at the bottom of the ** collecting pipe. A temperature measuring element and a float controller are arranged on the cylinder body to control water temperature and liquid level. When the water temperature is too low or the water level exceeds the low limit, the liquefied gas inlet control valve and the power switch will automatically close. When the LPG gasifier overpressure, the safety valve will automatically release.
1. Pipeline: carefully read the words marked on the LPG gasifier furnace body, and check whether the liquid phase inlet and gas phase outlet are connected to the corresponding pipeline.
2. Water injection: Add pure distilled water or pure water without impurities to the marked water injection place on the furnace body of LPG gasifier until the overflow pipe at the bottom of the furnace overflow water.
3. Power supply: This type of furnace is not equipped with electric control box, and it can be directly plugged into 220V/380V power supply.
