6 ton gas steam boiler for industry use
Principle of gas steam boiler: Gas steam boiler is a thermal energy conversion equipment that uses natural gas, liquefied gas, city gas and other gas fuels as fuel. The heat released by combustion in the furnace heats the water in the pot and vaporizes it into steam. The water in the pot (drum) is continuously heated by the energy released by the combustion of gaseous fuel in the furnace, and the temperature rises and generates pressurized steam. Since the boiling point of water increases with the increase of pressure, the pot is sealed, and the expansion of water vapor inside is restricted to generate pressure to form thermal power. Strictly speaking, the water vapor in the boiler is water heated to saturation at a constant pressure in the drum. It is formed by the re-vaporization of water and is widely used as an energy source.
