Above ground Liquid petroleum gas storage tank
The liquefied petroleum gas storage tank is a cylindrical cylinder in the shape of a cylinder, a head and a saddle. The color-coded paint of the tank is silver powder or medium ash. The medium is flammable and explosive. The medium loading capacity is 0.9. All welds will be inspected by radiography to ensure the welding quality of the storage tank. The storage tank will also be inspected by MPI method. In the process of use, the user needs to carry out regular annual inspection of the equipment. The storage tank is provided with a DN 500 manhole for maintenance. Well, the maximum allowable working pressure is 1.82 MPa, the design pressure is 1.77 MPa, and the working pressure is 1.63 MPa.
The storage tank contains the following components, safety valve, drain valve, emergency water injection valve, liquid outlet valve, liquid inlet valve, gas phase balance valve, vent valve, balance valve, liquid level gauge interface valve, pressure gauge valve, thermometer, magnetic flap Level gauge, level gauge and tank pressure can be remotely monitored; the tank can be installed with either a single valve or a dual valve design, which can be adjusted according to the customer’s budget
