More than 80% of the steel plates are made of fixed-rolled steel plates and are guaranteed to be ultrasonically qualified sheet by sheet at level 1I, which ensures the stable quality of the steel plates. The fixed rolled steel plates are all wide plates, the widest being 3700mm, which reduces the weld seams of the cylinder and is more conducive to ensuring the safety performance of the products; basically, all the plates for the head of DN3000 and below are fixed rolled, and the head is a whole head without splicing weld seams, which improves the safety performance of the products.
