After the liquefied gas is transported into the station by the truck tanker, it is unloaded into the horizontal tank through the truck tanker loading and unloading platform by the liquefied gas compressor. The liquid liquefied gas in the horizontal tank is sent to the electric hot water bath vaporizer by its own pressure, and then it is vaporized by absorbing the heat of the hot water outside the vaporizer after passing through the heat exchange tube of the vaporizer. The weight of equipment in the whole production process is relatively large. Its potential harm cannot be ignored. During the operation of the parts of the equipment and auxiliary facilities, the equipment is in an unsafe state when the performance cannot be achieved due to the reduced performance, such as storage tanks, pipelines, and valves.
