Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Pipeline Natural Gas (PNG) have the same composition content, the main component is methane (CH4) because CNG is compressed from LPG, both LNG & CNG can be used as vehicle fuel.
Both LNG & CNG can be used as vehicle fuel. LNG is usually used as fuel for cargo trucks and CNG is used as fuel for family cars, buses, cabs, and public transportation vehicles.
Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) is often confused with LNG, but there is a clear difference between the two. LPG is mainly composed of propane (more than 95%), with a small amount of butane, and is stored as a liquid in tanks and containers under the appropriate pressure, and is also used as a cooking and heating fuel for residential use, and as a vehicle fuel.
