⑤ Except for the valves, the oil pipelines are all welded to minimize static sealing points, thereby reducing leakage points and avoiding the formation of explosive gases.
⑥Explosion-proof electrical equipment and facilities are used in the tank area and pump shed as required. Spherical tanks, pumps, oil pipelines and instrumentation facilities are all equipped with lightning protection, anti-static and protective grounding measures. Each loading crane position is also equipped with a static detection switch protection system. When the static protection system detects that the static electricity in the tanker is too high, the isolation explosion controller program will control the pipeline pump and the electro-hydraulic valve to close immediately.
