Control of abnormal phenomena in LPG storage tanks
If one of the following abnormal phenomena occurs in an LPG storage tank, effective control measures should be taken immediately and reported to the relevant departments in a timely manner in accordance with regulations:
1. The working pressure, medium temperature or wall temperature and certain corrosive components in the medium exceed the allowable value;
2. Defects such as cracks, bulges, deformation, leakage, etc. occur in the main pressure components;
3. The safety accessories of the LPG storage tank failed;
4. The pipes and fasteners are damaged;
5. Fire occurs;
6. LPG storage tank is overfilled;
7. The liquid level cannot be effectively controlled;
8. Severe oscillation occurs in LPG storage tanks and pipelines;
9. Other situations occur that do not allow the LPG storage tank to continue operating in the safety production technical regulations.
