Cryogenic liquid oxygen inner tank
The stainless steel inner tank is suitable for contact with low-temperature media, and the plate thickness can withstand 8 to 16 kilograms of pressure, which is enough to ensure the pressure-bearing safety of the cryogenic liquid oxygen tanks.
Cryogenic liquid oxygen tanks are storage containers used to store liquid oxygen. The equipment requires good pressure-bearing capacity and high thermal insulation performance. The stainless steel inner tank is suitable for contact with low-temperature media, and the plate thickness can withstand 8 to 16 kilograms of pressure, which is enough to ensure the pressure-bearing safety of the cryogenic liquid oxygen tanks. The jacket is evacuated to a vacuum of less than 3pa and filled with dried perlite. The vacuum will not rebound, ensuring good thermal insulation performance of the storage tank. Stress compensation design is applied to the inner tank pipeline to prevent the huge stress caused by the temperature difference change during pre-cooling and use of the storage tank from causing damage to the storage tank. The safety valve has a double valve structure, which is convenient for inspection and replacement. There is a stop valve in front of the vacuum valve to facilitate the replacement and inspection of the vacuum valve when vacuuming again.
