For storage tanks of different sizes, the amount of pearlescent sand should be determined according to the requirements of the drawings. When filling, fresh pearlescent sand should be used. Sand with a large specific gravity that is obviously damp cannot be used. Pearlescent sand must be processed by special drying equipment and its moisture content must be less than 0.3% before it can be filled.
