Details of LPG skid mounted refueling station
LPG skids are equipped with a complete liquid phase, gas phase and return system, which requires designers to be very familiar with the principles of liquefied gas stations. When the liquid phase and gas phase of the LPG skid loading station are connected to the tanker, the liquefied gas in the tanker is poured into the storage tank under the pressure of the compressor. However, the volume of the skid loading station is usually not large. If the loading and unloading operation speed is too fast, the storage tank of the LPG skid loading station cannot accommodate too much for the time being, which may cause danger. Therefore, designers need to design a liquid return line on the liquid phase line and install a safety valve on the line. Once the pressure in the pipeline is too high, the safety valve will open to release the excess liquefied gas, so as to ensure the overall safety.
