LPG semi-trailer and rigid tank capacities are comparatively higher due to its lower density when compared to several other liquid gases. This benefit is enhanced by the reduced body weight. Consequently, compared to other liquefied gases, LPG has cheaper unit transportation costs.

Tank placement
