The quality standard of medical oxygen is to meet the purity and quality requirements stipulated in the national pharmacopoeia or industry standards, and the general purity is not less than 99.5 per cent, while no harmful components shall appear.
Medical oxygen is a kind of gas used for medical treatment, and its quality standard should meet the purity and quality requirements stipulated in the national pharmacopoeia or industry standards. At present, China has formulated the National Standard for Medical Oxygen and the Industry Standard for Medical Oxygen, which require that the purity of medical oxygen should not be less than 99.5 per cent, and at the same time require that no harmful components should be present in the oxygen.
