During the hydrostatic test of the LPG storage tank, warning signs of “hydrostatic test” and “no entry” should be hung to prohibit irrelevant personnel from entering. The test personnel are not allowed to stand in the manhole, inspection hole, flange surface, connection pipe and other dangerous positions of the LPG storage tank. When filling the workpiece with water, the air must be drained before boosting the pressure. When the pressure is increased to the design pressure, a shut-off check should be carried out. In addition, the pressurization and depressurization should be carried out steadily to prevent the hydraulic impact from damaging the seal of the pipe joint; during the hydraulic test, observe in time and pay attention to the change of the shape of the workpiece. After the hydrostatic test is completed, the pressure should be released in time, and it is not allowed to be placed under pressure for a long time. It is necessary to cut off the power supply and oil and maintain the relevant parts of the pressure test device to prevent corrosion.
