Components
A complete LPG filling station should include the following parts: storage tank area (storage tanks, residual liquid tanks, ladders, protective walls, etc.), compressor room (compressor and related motor), gas tank loading and unloading platform (the place for loading and unloading raw materials), transformer substation (transformer and distribution equipment), filling island (filling machines, etc.), lightning protection tower, fire protection facilities, office and living building, etc.

Process Flow
Receiving (Unloading Vehicle)
Liquefied petroleum gas is transported from the gas source plant to the storage station by tank trucks, and the liquefied petroleum gas is unloaded into storage tanks using compressors and other equipment.
When the pipeline transportation and receiving process flow is adopted, the liquefied petroleum gas is pressurized and transported from the gas source plant to the storage and distribution station by hydrocarbon pump, filtered by the receiving device, and then metered into the storage tank.

Gas filling
For LPG vehicles, the liquefied petroleum gas in the storage tank is pressurized by the hydrocarbon pump and transported to the gas filling island, where it is filled with gas by the gas filling machine.
Residual liquid recovery and treatment
Residual liquid recovery is to recover the residual liquid into the residual liquid tank through the residual liquid recovery device. The method of residual liquid recovery currently mostly adopts the vacuum method.
