Performance optimization of vane pumps

The external level gauge uses sonar ranging to monitor the liquid level inside the container from the outside. The liquid level in the closed container was measured without making contact.

The vanes provide a tight seal against the wall of the pumping chamber, preventing fluid from seeping back across the pump. Vane pumps are especially useful for pumping thin liquids under high pressure. The pumps provide low pulsation, precise flows, and reinforced components to resist wear and increase pump life.

This type of pump features a segmented shell and modular interstage components. The spinning assembly is held between bearing housings, which makes it more balanced under high pressures.

Split skid installed, but packaged on two skids for transport. Capable of supplying up to 20,000 psi fluid for fracturing the earth, allowing for a higher gas production rate.

They are particularly notable for their dry priming, ease of maintenance, and long-term suction performance. There is no internal metal-to-metal contact, and the pumps adjust for wear using vane extension.

The final discharge pressure of a pump increases with the number of steps. These pumps have the unusual capacity to create increasing pressures with each stage, but the flow range remains constant for a certain rpm.
