There are two types of welding deformation of the bottom plate of liquefied gas storage tanks: wave deformation and angular deformation. The reasons are: 1. The wave deformation is caused by the angular deformation of the butt welds of the plate, which are placed up and down. The other is that the local instability of the plate is caused by the compressive stress brought by the welding process to the plate. During welding, the welding sequence is incorrect and internal stress occurs, resulting in wave deformation of the bottom plate.
