LNG cryogenic tanks
LNG cryogenic tanks are generally divided into vertical tanks and horizontal tanks. The cryogenic tank has a double-layer structure, and the inner tank stores cryogenic liquid and bears the pressure of the medium.
The material of the cryogenic inner tank uses the inner low temperature and the diamond outer shell as the protective layer of the inner tank, and maintains a certain distance between the inner tank to form an insulating space, which bears the gravity load of the inner tank and the medium and the vacuum negative pressure of the insulation layer.
The outer shell of LNG cryogenic tanks does not contact the low temperature and is made of container steel. The insulation layer of LNG cryogenic tanks is mostly filled with pearl sand and high vacuum.
