BOG (Boil off Gas) is the evaporated gas of the storage tank and tank truck. The daily evaporation rate of low-temperature storage tanks and low-temperature tank trucks is generally ≤0.1%. If this part of the vaporized gas is not discharged in time, the pressure of the gas phase space on the upper part of the storage tank will increase. In order to ensure the safety of the storage tank, a pressure reduction regulating valve is installed to automatically discharge BOG according to the pressure. The recovered BOG is heated by the BOG heater and then enters the pre-pressure regulating pipeline system.
