A variety of advanced technologies or methods exist for LNG tank leakage control.
First, temperature monitoring is an important safety monitoring indicator for diagnosing LNG tank leaks, which is critical for accident prevention, loss reduction and safe maintenance of facilities through timely monitoring and accurate identification of LNG leakage events. This involves combining artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms with temperature sensing technology. In addition, LNG storage tanks should be equipped with safety valves and monitoring systems to detect and deal with abnormalities inside the tanks in a timely manner, including safety valves that can be activated automatically when the pressure inside the tank exceeds a safe value, releasing the overpressurized gas to ensure the safety of the tank.
