In order to reduce the leakage of heat, the 60m3 LNG storage tank is insulated from the bottom, side and top.The bottom of the cryogenic storage tank is mainly heat transfer through heat conduction. The insulation material mainly adopts rigid foam glass, and its compressive strength is enough to bear the weight of the inner pipe and liquefied natural gas. There is a layer of perlite concrete support ring under the wall of the inner tank to support the weight of the whole inner tank. In addition, there are asphalt coating and moisture-proof aluminum foil under the inner wall to reduce the heat transfer at the bottom of the low-temperature storage tank.
