Perform a comprehensive inspection of the outer tank of the LNG tank every month, including whether there are cracks, corrosion, etc. in the welds and joints; at the same time, check whether the foundation of the tank is stable and whether there is any settlement or tilting.
Perform a more comprehensive inspection of the LNG tank every year, including the measurement of the vacuum degree of the interlayer of the vacuum powder insulation tank. Generally, the vacuum degree is required to be not less than a certain value. If the vacuum degree is insufficient, it needs to be evacuated in time; the safety accessories of the tank, such as the pressure gauge, safety valve, bursting disc device, etc., are calibrated or replaced to ensure their reliable performance.
