Low temperature storage tank vacuum operation

Low temperature storage tank vacuum operation:

1. First check the vacuum degree of the low temperature vacuum storage tank

2. Connect the vacuum pump hose and the tank vacuum interface, and seal the tooling pull rod with sealing glue. The vacuum port of the vacuum storage tank is different, and the required tooling is different.

3. After confirming that the power connection is normal, start the vacuum pump and slowly open the vacuum valve.

4. After the vacuum degree of the vacuum pump and the metal hose of the low temperature storage tank is a few pa, fully open the valve directly between the vacuum pump and the metal hose.

5. Pull open the pull rod of the low temperature storage tank vacuum tooling, pay attention to the change of vacuum degree. If the vacuum degree rises, it proves that the pull rod is leaking and needs to be readjusted.

6. After the system vacuum is less than 1pa, recheck the vacuum degree of the low temperature vacuum storage tank. It is considered qualified if it is less than 3pa.

7. Push back the pull rod of the vacuum tooling and stop the vacuum pump.

8. After stopping for one hour, re-test the vacuum degree of the vacuum storage tank. After passing the test, make a record and collect the equipment and tools.
