Installation location of the pump
- The pump should be installed outdoors with rainproof facilities or well-ventilated indoors. At the same time, it should be fireproof and heatproof. If the medium is liquid oxygen, there should be no grease and other combustibles around it. It is strictly forbidden to use asphalt ground.
The inlet of the pump should be as close as possible to the outlet of the cryogenic liquid reservoir and the connection line should be as short as possible, preferably within 0.5 meter, while the return line of the pump should also be controlled within 0.5 meter. The inlet of the pump head should be lower than the liquid outlet of the reservoir.

Since the pump base is integral, it is not necessary to lay a foundation when the factory has a concrete floor. However, in order to avoid shock and vibration, it is recommended to install anchor bolts according to the requirements of the foundation drawing or use a pressure plate to firmly press the pump base for use. (For the convenience of installation location, leave no reserved holes as much as possible.)
- When installing and adjusting the base of the pump, the axis of the pump body should be slightly inclined at the liquid inlet end (approximately
5°), never tilt downwards.
