Skid installation natural gas liquefaction plant
1. Pretreatment module: According to the composition and pressure of the raw gas, the raw gas is subjected to pressure stabilization, deacidification, drying, mercury removal and other treatments.
2. Liquefaction module: Liquefaction module: The four-component SMRC refrigeration process is used to cool the pre-qualified natural gas, and finally a qualified LNG product is produced.
3. Liquid storage tank: used to store LNG and the separated hydrocarbon liquid (natural gas condensate).
4. Gas generator set: Use raw gas or liquefied and separated tail gas as fuel to provide compression, circulation and control power for equipment.
