LPG storage tank design qualification

Manometer: In order to control and monitor the pressure inside the storage tank, a manometer must be installed on the storage tank. Pressure gauges on liquefied petroleum gas storage tanks usually include direct reading pressure gauges such as conventional spring hose pressure gauges. Diaphragm pressure gauges and non-contact remote pressure gauges

In terms of material and structure, LPG storage tanks usually use different types of materials such as steel tanks, composite tanks and underground tanks.

Soldenoid valve, power box, hanging barrel, tools, display, LPG pipes, cable pipes, support rod, scale platform, scanner and holder, and seals are among the specific spare parts of an LPG filling scale.

The gas released from the safety valve vent hose should be vented to a safe location or torch hose for combustion. Safety valve manufacturers must have relevant special equipment manufacturing licenses.

As liquid LPG is lighter than water, the water injected into the tank will hold the LPG to the water surface, isolating the LPG from the leak. At this point, the main spray from the leak is water rather than pure LPG, and then other methods are used to plug the leak. In the process of plugging the leak, the release valve at the top of the tank can be opened to release the gaseous LPG, which is less likely to form a hazard and reduces the pressure in the tank.

LPG cylinders are pressure vessels and require regular maintenance and inspection. Do not drop or bump the gas cylinder during transportation or use. Cylinder valves cannot be opened with iron tools.
