LPG storage tank heating process
During the manufacturing process of LPG storage tanks, due to frequent rolling and orthopedics, the inside of the workpiece is constantly subjected to tension and pressure, resulting in stress unevenness and stress concentration. LPG storage tanks cause changes in the structure and properties of the weld zone during welding, resulting in residual stress in the weld zone of the workpiece. When some LPG storage tanks are forged, hydrogen enters the steel body. When the hydrogen gradually dissolves in the metal, the strength and plasticity of the steel will be significantly reduced, resulting in hydrogen embrittlement of the workpiece. In order to eliminate these effects on the performance of LPG storage tanks, the usual method is post-weld heat treatment.
