LPG compressor functions and applications.
(1) So it is usually necessary to use gas-liquid separator to remove the dust and liquid contained in the gas entering the compressor in the LPG storage tank, so as to ensure the normal and safe work of the compressor
(2) The compressor outlet must be higher than the tanker gas-phase space pressure, otherwise it cannot achieve the purpose of boosting the tanker gas-phase space to make the pressure in the tanker greater than the LPG storage tank pressure.
(3) When unloading the compressor, in order to prevent static electricity, the flow rate in the gas-phase pipeline should not exceed 10m/s and the flow rate in the liquid-phase pipeline should not exceed 3m/s according to the relevant specifications, and considering the unloading efficiency, the flow rate of the liquid-phase pipeline connected to the tanker and LPG storage tank is generally taken as 0.8~2.8m/s.
