Why need LPG vaporiser ?
As we all know, the full name of LPG is Liquid Petroleum Gas, so it is in liquid form, but usually, whether it is a domestic burner or an industrial burner, it burns gas, so the owner need an LPG vaporizer to convert the liquid into gas.
The working principle of LPG vaporiser is as follows:
1. The liquefied gas flows from the storage tank into the evaporator in the body of the vaporiser.
2. The heater in the vaporiser heats up the liquefied gas and makes it evaporate into gas.
3. The evaporated gas is cooled by the condenser to reduce its temperature, and at the same time, the impurities and moisture in it are condensed into liquid state and discharged out of the system.
4. Finally, the valve is adjusted to control the gas flow and pressure, and the gas is fed into the equipment.
In short, the LPG vaporiser provides a convenient and reliable supply of gas to the user by heating the liquid gas and converting it into gaseous gas.
